My 16 Favorite Looks From FWSD16!

I know, I know BY NOW you are most likely a little tired of the back-to-back Fashion Week San Diego 2016 blog posts . . . but what kind of #stylecrazed woman would I be if I didn’t share with you my sixteen favorite looks from this year’s runway?! ;) So here they are in no particular order:

As an avid yogi myself [we actually in the process of building an at-home hot yoga studio in our basement as I type this] I was absolutely downward-dog-in-love over this athletic set by Valleau Apparel. The contrast in colors and the lines = love, love, LOVE!

This funky dress by y-u-l-i-y-a was screaming my name – only I would have paired it with a black slip underneath ;) but that’s the beauty in fashion = taking looks straight from the runway and making them work for you and your own personal style!

It’s no secret here that I am a HUGE fan of Timmithea‘s designs, but WOW, I did not know her talents could continued to amaze me. I mean look at these lantern-inspired sleeves on this dress?! The color isn’t really the right shade for me but I might just have to reach out to her to see if I can special order it in another color.

All of LK Fashion‘s fabrics are totally courting my textile-loving heart right now :D ESPECIALLY this one with its mixture of purples, greens, and mustard! Just beautiful!

This showstopper by Luis Rivas is something I MUST own. It’s flashy, colorful, and just OH-SO Jenna! Agree or disagree? Either way, I want it! Lol.

RACA Designs is the man behind my final 1920s look for my collaboration with the La Valencia Hotel in December [STAY TUNED] so I already knew Carlos knew his way around a sewing machine. But WOWZERS, though! His entire line AMAZED me with its feminine figures and attention to detail. He knows how to make a lady drool!

As Much Again is a new clothing label by these two adorable [San Diego-local] twins, the Daly Sisters! And although most of their line doesn’t really match-up with my own personal style, I just loved their creativity and thought this number was definitely unique while also being breathtaking.

And yes, of course, I adored this quirky number by Chavon Shree ;) I need mini pom-poms on some pants STAT!

Gloria Guerrero definitely embraces sexy to a see-through T! Doesn’t this cover-up just scream honeymoon?!

Can someone say breathtaking?! Jaded Marie was the final designer at Finale Night and hot damn! If my girlfriend, Vanessa Balli didn’t have her wedding dress already, I would be pushing her to select this one! Just GORGEOUS!!!

I’ve been a fan of Territa Torres since her designs graced Fashion Week San Diego 2015, but she didn’t stay in a comfort zone and totally upped her game this year! The entire line was so clean and sharp. The sewing was top drawer. This particular number is just calling Queen Bey‘s name!

And since we are on the topic of Beyoncé, how perfect is this Fuseik number for both her and Blue Ivy?!?!? I mean can you just see them walking down a red carpet somewhere in this?!

Mark my words = I will own this cute top and short number by margaret the maker. I’m thinking for Cabo this February!

Okay, I might be being a little biased here about the next one. Not only because The Stylish Bisou is one of my blogger friends turned doggie clothing designer, but also because our little doxie, Nella Sue, was one of her models. Who doesn’t want to match their [fur]baby?!

For the first time in traditional fashion week history, a Native American designer had all Native American models and it was BEYOND beautiful. From the music to the fashion, B.JASH.I hit a home run! And man, the way this model [pictured below] commanded the stage was so bad ass. It. Was. Perfection.

And the last picture isn’t really regarding “the look” but more the jewelry. I have my eye on this necklace by Circa Suzy. It’s definitely something I would wear! /// I hope you’ve enjoyed my coverage of Fashion Week San Diego 2016 this past week. It’s been more than fun to relive each event from this year’s fashionable festivities for you here on! Now back to your regularly scheduled programming ;) have a wonderful weekend, y’all!
