I’m having a really good feeling about this week and plan to catch up on ALL my days!
Yes, it’s a little ambitious but I dare you try and stop me ;) besides getting back up to speed, I’m also intending to be über mindful of ALL my yoga poses this week = especially the ones that aren’t my favorite. I’ve been thinking about it A LOT lately and have personally found that they are the ones my body is aching for. Does that make sense? Take Full Wheel for example. I didn’t do it for the first six months of my yoga practice, because, well, I was scared . . . but you know what? Once I tried it, I realized how great it made me feel. It released my back muscles, gave me a different perspective, and made me feel I like I could DO anything. I mean look at me. It’s absolute crazy that after only a year what I can do now – can you imagine where my practice will take me in ten years!?
