Perfection Isn’t For The Madness

TODAY’S THE DAY = Peace Love & Yoga’s 31-day challenge is OVER!

So  . . . how are you feeling?

I’m downright tired but smiling [like I have a hanger in my mouth] because it’s such an astonishing feeling to accomplish something like this AND for the second year in a row! Now, was my March Madness perfect? Heck no. Last year, I went once every single day until almost the very end and then had to make up a few days. BUT this go around [MAN-OH-MAN] I was all over the place! I was going to yoga, not going to yoga, having to do doubles multiple days in a row – it was VERY bipolar!

Perfection Isn’t For The Madness

The true point is I finished it and that’s all that matters. So if you’re a little peeved at yourself for either not executing the challenge like you had hoped or maybe not even finishing it at all, don’t worry. Yoga is there to teach us that we aren’t perfect. We’re ALL flawed and some days are better than others. What really counts, however, is that we keep on trying [just like me doing crow pose] and make time for our own individual self-yogi love.

“Yoga is almost like music in a way; there’s no end to it.” – Sting

SO, a big CONGRATULATIONS to all the yogis who finished this adventure with me and a huge THANK YOU to Peace Love & Yoga for allowing me to be a part of this wonderful journey! I am forever grateful to have found this loving community with such amazing teachers :) NAMASTE!
