But I guess completing two classes a day for multiple days in a row would do that to even the fittest of yogis . . . or at least that’s what I’m telling myself ;) I have no one else to blame for the way I’m feeling. Although, I do very much DISLIKE that word = blame. March Madness was a choice. I made the decision to put my body through a second year of 31 days of yoga AND I’m also the gal that didn’t get her Asana-loving self to a class every day last week, so there you have it. Take a good look in the mirror, Jenna, drink some coconut water, and finish this challenge strong!
