And although, I’m very excited about it . . . I am truthfully experiencing some mixed emotions today.
Well, for one, I’m a little nerved with myself as I just took off a whole week from my practice due to the removal of this trivial fifth wisdom tooth of mine. Yes, I am sadly some sort of freak show :/ you can read all about that debauchery here.
Secondly, life is just SO busy – not just for me, but also for everyone = me, D, my clients, family, friends. Thirty-one days straight of anything takes some serious willpower. But that’s one of the main reason I love yoga and why I am determined to give Peace Love & Yoga’s March Madness another go around. It teaches you to take things in stride [which for an O.C.D. junkie like myself] is pretty amazing. My yoga teachers honestly deserve a Noble Peace Prize or something for teaching this crazy one to calm down!
The most important thing, however, about this month-long challenge is it’s a gift to myself = my mind, body, and soul. Will it be tough? You bet your Lululemon-loving hiney it will be! But I know I can do it. My happiness depends on it. Plus, bikini season is right around the corner so the timing couldn’t be better ;)
