March Madness

I’m not talking about college basketball.

Sorry.

The month, however, is going to be just as crazy.

It’s a weird feeling to know I voluntarily committed myself to this.

I signed up for Peace, Love, and Yoga’s 31-Day Challenge and it starts today. [YIKES!] See, D and I have been going to hot yoga three – four days a week for about 3 ½ months now and absolutely love it . . . BUT 31 days in a row!? [All right, Mr. DeMille, I’m ready for my straightjacket.] It’s a weird feeling to know I voluntarily committed myself to this. I mean, Jenna, are you serious? That’s a whole lot of yoga. On the other hand, though, I’m pumped about it. I’m curious to know how I will feel come April Fool’s Day; although, I might end up being the fool ;) I do hope this sort of practice further awakens up my creative spirit and, well, most likely, my hamstrings. Plus, with beach season right around the corner, it might do a bikini body good.

Either way, it’s too late now. I’ve pledged to myself and I’m sticking with it – soreness and all.
