My New Normal

I am my own boss.

Wow.

That’s scary.

One of the MANY things I know about myself is I need structure. So, as soon as I left my part-time job at the theatre, I took sometime to figure out what my new schedule should be. Here’s what I came up with:

Tuesday
– Laundry
– Dry Cleaning
– Blog
– Practice Music.
– Errands
– Grocery Shopping

Wednesday
– Homebird Upholstery

Thursday
– Practice Music
– Study Spanish
– Blog
– Organize Something

Friday
– Homebird Upholstery

Saturday
– Practice Music
– Blog
– Do What You Want

Sunday & Monday
– My Weekend

Now, I’m not saying this will be my exact calendar week in and week out, but it’s a good outline for me. I’m just going to try and stick with it. Generally, Tuesday is my “to-do” day, Wednesday & Friday is upholstery, Tuesday & Thursday are blog, and Saturday through Monday, [enter Eric Cartman’s voice here] I do what I want. Another thing I know about myself is if I’m in the middle of a project, it’s all I think about. If I’m recovering a chair, you can bet I’m going to be working on it every moment I can.
